Returns and Refund Policy
Returns: We do not offer returns on our products, as each product sold is custom-made to order by our third party print partners worldwide. either ways you will get to keep initial products.
Refunds / Replacement: We do not offer refunds as all our products are custom made but we can make exceptions where we can decide to either offer refunds or a replacement, Please read the exception paragraph.
Exceptions Apply: If you receive a damaged item or experience shipping issues, we can decide to offer a product replacement or refund where we deem fit.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, send your complains within 48 hours of receipt only. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. In the case of shipping issues it has to be evident on the tracking that your parcel was lost or misplaced.
Where exceptions do not apply: We cannot approve refunds or replacement for orders where incorrect information provided by the customer in terms custom details, phone number, address, colour, and sizes or there is mishandling of products, where for example washing fabrics incorrectly, or washing fabrics with product tag stickers on.
Please ensure that your custom details, phone number, address, colour, and sizes are accurate before placing your order. Also ensure you follow guides attached your products on how to manage your products correctly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately attaching screenshots or photos of issues . if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, once decisions are made regarding your items, and this is approved within reason. you can keep the initial item you received.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
This is not applicable to us as we only sell personalised products and according to this law returns are not accepted.
Refunds and Replacement
Where refund is initiated Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacement would also take normal shipping days
